Accessing the website
When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

For bookings
If you make a booking with us, we collect and process the following data, which is necessary for the mutual, proper fulfillment of the contract. These include

– Address
– Telephone number
– E-mail address
– Data for payment processing (e.g. credit card number)

Data processing for the purpose of booking is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent and in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfillment of the contract.

Data security:
The data that you enter on our website for the purpose of making a hotel reservation is transmitted to us in encrypted form (via HTTPS). This data, the type and scope of which can be seen from the corresponding input mask of the online booking engine we use, is collected, processed and used exclusively for the establishment, execution and handling of the contractual relationship established with the reservation.

You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Disclosure of personal data:
Personal data will only be disclosed without express separate consent to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this, unless we are obliged to do so by court order or by law.
Cookies:
The Internet pages sometimes use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Information is stored in the cookie that results in each case in connection with the specific end device used. Google Maps:
Third-party content, such as map material from Google Maps (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”), is integrated into the website. For the use of such content, the transmission of the user’s IP address to the respective third-party provider is technically necessary. This is because without the IP address, the third-party providers would not be able to send the content integrated into the website to the browser of the respective user. We have no influence on whether a third-party provider stores or otherwise uses the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes.
Contact form:
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
