As part of the reception team, you are the figurehead of the hotel and the main point of contact for our guests. You will take telephone reservations, process emails and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Who we are looking for:

– completed training as a hotel specialist or similar
– professional experience as a receptionist; motivated career changers are also welcome
– work independently
– friendly, open-minded manner
– written and spoken German and English

Your tasks as a breakfast employee:

– Setting up and dismantling the breakfast buffet in compliance with standards

– Service during breakfast

– Control of incoming goods

– Active communication with our guests and other colleagues

We are starting the new year with the completion of our open lobby concept with a new, ultra-modern bar as an eye-catcher. We are looking for YOU to fill our bar with life and enchant our guests with creative drinks. There will also soon be a small evening menu.

What you can expect:

– Co-development and finalization of the bar concept, incl. Bar menu and drinks selection
– Finalizing the evening menu
– Implementing bar procedures and best practices
– Bar opening
– Restaurant opening

– You are communicative, reliable and have experience in service and behind the bar
– You are a host through and through
– You speak German and a little English
– You are a team player
