The Classic Hotel Harmonie, just a stone’s throw from the majestic Cologne Cathedral and the bustling central station, offers not only a prime location, but also a unique venue that harmoniously combines design, history and modernity.
Our hotel is housed within the walls of an old monastery, which gives it a unique and inspiring atmosphere. The combination of historical heritage and modern design makes the Classic Hotel Harmonie a place where history meets innovation and creativity is enhanced by modern comfort.
Attila and Gerasina
We only rent out the two rooms together (exceptions prove the rule). The 75 m² room has an integrated projector and screen, floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to our terrace. It can accommodate up to 66 people.
Pinosa and Aetherius
Like Attila and Gerasina, we usually rent these two rooms together and thus have a 75 m² conference room with a view of the Ursula Church. Whether parliamentary seating, rows of chairs, an open space or a U-shape – we can arrange our rooms according to your wishes.
Reception
In our 34 m² reception area, you can welcome your guests, distribute work materials or start directly with a glass of sparkling wine. The room offers enough space for your checkroom, bar tables and individuality. Our reception can also be used as a conference or group room. It can accommodate up to 15 people.
Maurus
At 30 m², Maurus is ideal for small groups of up to 15 people. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of the Ursula Church, this room is also ideal as an additional group room.
Ursula and Pantalus
Ursula is one of our smaller rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides and a view of our inner courtyard. You can welcome up to 15 people in this 34 m² room.
Pantalus is the mirror image of Maurus – also 30 m² in size with floor-to-ceiling windows. The only difference: there is direct access to our terrace and the view is towards the inner courtyard.

Clematius
All rooms combined form a total area of 275 m² for up to 150 people. This room is ideal for family or company celebrations with banquet seating or for events with lots of interaction. Column-free, flooded with light and with direct access to our terrace – wedding dreams also come true here.
In addition to our main configurations, we can also provide the following combinations:

– Attila, Gerasina, Pantalus and Ursula = 138 m²
– Attila, Gerasina, Pinosa and Aetherius = 146 m²
– Maurus and Reception = 65 m²
Modern technology for your conference
Our rooms are equipped with the latest technologies. We offer modern projectors which, in combination with integrated screens, ensure impressive presentations. Thanks to our Click-Share system, you can be connected to the required technology in seconds and with little effort. A LAN connection is also possible. In addition, our new sound system guarantees an optimal sound experience.
We also offer large-format 86-inch televisions that are ideal for smaller groups. These TVs have touchscreen functions, high-quality soundbars, are height-adjustable and can also be easily connected via our click-share system or LAN cable. Would you like to join your colleagues from the office or at home? With our high-quality 360-degree camera, we can provide you with a high-quality online broadcast of your hybrid event.
Our modern pinboards and flipcharts from “Neuland” are the ideal complement for your events. Our tables are equipped with power sockets and USB ports so that you can charge and use your devices conveniently. In addition, our highly ergonomic chairs with perfect upholstery ensure an optimal sitting position and maximum comfort during your stay.
Our rooms are flooded with daylight and can be darkened with integrated curtains if required. The lighting conditions can be individually controlled and adjusted. All rooms can also be individually air-conditioned. Our mobile soundproof walls can absorb up to 53 decibels, creating a quiet and comfortable environment for your events.
We provide you with iPads to control certain components so that you can make optimum use of our room facilities such as air conditioning, lighting and screens.
